Director of Food and Beverage
Role Overview
Soho Grand Hotel is seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Director to lead the service-forward operations of Grand Bar & Salon, In-Room Dining (IRD), MiniBar, and Gilligan’s our Seasonal Restaurant, while also providing strategic operational support for Club Room and Soho Diner.
This role is ideal for a hospitality leader with luxury property experience, a passion for service excellence, and strong skills in financial performance, labor management, and multi-venue operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily service operations with strong floor presence.
- Uphold luxury service standards.
- Oversee IRD execution, MiniBar program, and high-volume bar/restaurant service.
- Manage labor, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory controls.
- Train, coach, and develop managers and hourly teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
- Respond to guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years F&B leadership experience; 3+ years at director level.
- Luxury hotel or high-end multi-venue experience required.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Exceptional service standards and guest-facing presence.
- Effective communicator and team leader.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($125,000.00 – $135,000.00)
