This May, the vibrant pop-up eatery will once again takeover the expansive outdoor dining space at Soho Grand Hotel from Memorial Day Weekend through late September.

Conceptualized by Australian restaurateurs, Nick Hatsatouris and Lincoln Pilcher, based on their Hampton’s restaurant Moby’s, Gilligan’s will bring a taste and touch of the East End downtown – a rare and refreshing slice of island life nestled in Soho. Shrouded in tropical décor with a food and drink menu to match, Gilligan’s will serve up ingredient driven dishes, including seafood sourced from the best farms and fishermen on Long Island, with signature pizzas coming from the kitchen’s stone oven. Thirsts will be quenched with strong and plentiful cocktails – market fresh and synonymous with summer. Again in 2016, Gilligan’s will feature the infamous Frozen Watermelon Margarita – a notorious favorite amongst locals and visitors- as well as a selection of rosés and beers.

Gilligan’s serves up an all day menu and brunch menu (served on weekends from 12:00pm – 2:00pm), alongside cocktails on tap, beer and wine.
