Grand Guest
We like to see you around. That’s why our Grand Guest frequent guest program offers three insider New York travel deals all in one. The package includes special New York discount hotel rates on rooms and services any time of year, a hotel loyalty program offering specially-tailored services such as customized guestrooms and complimentary breakfasts, and a rewards program offering hotel reward points that are redeemable for visits on the house and other exclusive hotel services.
To enroll, simply fill out a Grand Guest form on our website at the time of reservation or at the front desk upon your stay. Express Check-Out
Check-out time is at noon, but guests in a rush can order an express check-out through the television or guest room phone. Using the television, choose the Hotel Services option from the main menu and follow the prompts for express check-out, or dial extension 3516 from your guest room phone. At the tone, please leave your name and room number, and you will be automatically checked out. You may leave the key in the room on your way out, and a copy of your bill will be mailed to the address we have on file or e-mailed, at your preference.
Laundry/Dry Cleaning
Laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services are available daily. Items turned in to Guest Services by 9 AM will be returned by 6 PM. A list of laundry instructions and options is located in your guest room armoire or closet.
Valet Parking
Not all of New York drives, but for guests who do, the hotel offers premier valet parking. Valet parking is also available for SUVs and trucks. For inquiries, please contact the Concierge or Guest Services. Please allow forty-five minutes for your car to be returned to the hotel.
Taxi, Car Service, & Other Transportation
Taxis are available at the main entrance of the hotel on West Broadway. Soho Grand doormen assist all hotel guests in hailing a taxi. Please contact the Concierge to arrange for car rental, car service, or limousine service. Subway and bus maps and train and bus schedules also available at the Concierge desk for those in need of transportation anywhere at any time.
Grand Babies
New York isn’t just for adults. For guests traveling with newborns, babies, and toddlers, the complimentary Grand Babies program makes stays much more enjoyable. The unique program allows parents to have their guest room specially customized with cribs, protective bumpers, outlet protectors, baby bath kits, and travel totes with baby basics. Additional items, including strollers, handy wipes, high chairs, pacifiers, diaper pails, and baby bathrobes, are available upon request. | | Grand Kids
Sometimes New York is all about the kids. For guests traveling with older children (ages 3-12), the Grand Kids program focuses on the needs of our younger travelers, as well as their parents. We invite kids to discover their own welcome package—which includes a Grand Kids Guide with New York City recommendations on local shopping, New York attractions, and activities. The packet also includes a children’s room service menu. Kids can also enjoy a pet away from home with the signature goldfish program.
Grand Pets
Humans aren’t the only Grand Hotel Guests treated to all the luxuries that the city provides. The pet-friendly Soho Grand Hotel has designed a program of amenities and services to ensure its four-legged guests feel right at home, including pet beds, food and water dishes, and pet crates with cushions available on loan for those who wish to crate their animals. If travelers cannot bring their pets, the Soho Grand offers surrogate animal companionship in the form of a goldfish in your guestroom.
i-Pod Loaner Program
More than any other city, New York is defined by its music—and so is the Soho Grand. Our signature iPod loaner program provides guests with the soundtracks for experiencing the city. Our iPods are pre-programmed with a variety of music and playlists curated by the hotel’s Creative Director. All iPods are provided upon request and based on availability.
DVD Loaner Program
Because The Tribeca Film Festival occurrs just around the corner from us, and because our sister hotel, Tribeca Grand, plays host to high profile film screenings, Soho Grand recognizes the value of a good film—which is why we’ve stocked a selection of 99 DVDs for you to choose from and enjoy in your guest room. From legendary classics to quirky comedies, Soho Grand movies will keep you entertained during your downtime.
Goldfish
Our flashy aquatic friends have been a part of the Grand team to welcome guests since the day our doors—and glass bowls—opened. To make your stay more enjoyable, one of our goldfish team members can accompany you for the duration of your visit. We’d be happy to provide a goldfish for your guestroom at your request.
