My partner Alasdair and I stayed here for three nights as part of my special birthday holiday. When I told the doorman that my suitcase had been lost in transit, he was so positive that I would get it back that it reassured us. Rob Andrews and his staff also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne - what a lovely touch. We loved the vibe of the Soho Grand and what great British music. I heard a few of my old favourites while sipping cocktails in the bar. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back.

Great hotel..visited with my daughter for Mothers Day weekend...everyone was so nice....there was nothing we asked for that wasnt immediately addressed... I will stay here again....great location

Our eights stay at The Soho Grand, this time in New York for the German Film Week at the MomA Cinema - and again a stay to remember. Excellent location downtown, excellent atmosphere, excellent staff - we will definitley come back.

Being in film production , we have stayed at many places throughout NYC, as well as most major cities in the US and Europe. A film producer we know, recommended the SoHo Grand and we spoke to Melissa about our reservation. We want to give Warm and Special Thanks to Melissa for making sure that our stay was terrific. She made everything so wonderful! The entire staff genuinely cared about us being pleased, especially the front desk folks and the concierge. Thank also to Madison for taking care of us. The amenities were plentiful, the cleanliness and upkeep was impeccable, the atmosphere was hip.... We can't wait to come back! Wow, what a refreshing and relaxing way to settle down after a day of travel and business. Your staff was outstanding in so many ways but most of all so warm and charming. We loved our stay and will return soon with friends and family.

My favorite hotel. European contintental flair with down-home southern hospitality. Love the continental flair of the lobby with the down home attention of the staff! Soho Grand is the grand retreat of the city. Perfect!!!

I had a great time at the Soho Grand. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful; concierge went above and beyond to assist with dinners, mapping out activities, etc; room was great (spacious and nicely appointed with a comfy bed and fantastic view of the Empire State Bldg); terrific ambience throughout with a very downtown chic vibe; fabulous location for exploring all the great shops/restaurants/sites of Soho and the Village. And by the way, they serve the most amazing croissants at breakfast! I look forward to visiting again..
