I love staying here, for so many reasons, including the friendly & helpful staff, the comfortable rooms and the unbeatable location. When I checked in, I was warmly greeted with champagne and a heated rosewater hand towel. How lovely, and very much appreciated after a busy day of work and travel.

What a fantastic place. We didn't know what to expect having booked through Trailfinders but everything about the hotel was perfect - lovely thoughtful people, stylish, comfy decor, a great breakfast, celebrity spotting, hot towel on arrival is a nice touch, v pleasant yard. Special thanks to Roberto Araujo who is a brilliant manager; Andre also. Hope to be back soon.

I have been staying at the Soho Grand now for 8+ years and will stay there everytime I come tro NYC. It is a great experience and all the people are on top of their jobs with a true smile and friendliness and will serve all of your ethical needs with no hesitation. My favortie place in NYC to stay always!!

Stayed at your hotel last night, in town for a wedding, and its a very nice hotel. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive so I didnt mind tipping. But it is what happened after I left that made me decide to make the Soho Grand my NYC hotel of choice. When we got home and unpacked, my wife couldn't find her makeup bag. She was convinced she had left it in the room, so I called the hotel and was directed to Brian in Security. Brian told me that nothing had been turned in, but after the room was cleaned, if the bag was discovered, it would be turned in to security. He suggested I call back later, or the next day. I informed my wife who was pretty upset over the loss of her makeup, brushes, etc. I called Brian back and asked if he would go to the room and check before it was cleaned. He said he would, and about 15 minutes later called me back, and explained that he had searched the room thoroughly but found nothing. Brian went the extra mile, gave great customer service, and while he didn't find the makeup bag, his concern and action showed us he cared. Because we were convinced the bag had not beel left been left behind, my wife checked our other bags and discovered she had packed it in one of my bags. The smile on her face was priceless and I was a hero. Thanks to Brian. I have stayed at the Millenium Broadway in the past when I stay in NYC and have been happy there, no complaints. But from now on, the Soho Grand is the only hotel I will stay at in NYC. Thank you.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Soho Grand ! Celebrated our Anniversary, and it was lovely. At check in we were offered a glass of champagne each, which was badly needed considering the heated NYC weather, and we were also offered two complimentary drinks in the Lounge to help us celebrate !
