Best Hotel in the world! I agree with all of the messages posted - it is an added plus that the food & atmosphere are amazing. The staff alone would bring me back again & again - they are becoming like family! Just keep doing what you are doing - it's working.

This is an awesome hotel. The staff always makes me feel like I'm home when I'm traveling. I've never stayed in such a comfortable hotel. The food, drink, decor, people was amazing. Thank you soho grand for all you do to make my trip so pleasant.

The hotel is fantastic. Location amazing. Your in the heart of Soho shopping resturants galleries, subways . Staff are very sweet and helpful. They went out of their way to engage us. Thank you We will be back!

The SoHo Grand Hotel in NY is a terrific hotel in a great location. While there the staff went out of their way to accommodate my request for an early check-in. i will definitely return.

We came in for business-all our meals were perfect and our picnic lunches were amazing. Roberto and staff accommodated our every need-including a nut allergy. All was much appreciated and made our two days of business easier... and relaxing when it was time for the whistle to blow and we had a chance to sit in the lounge and have a drink! Thank you!

What a wonderful hotel. Not only for the luxurious comfort and design, cleanliness and great food & drink - this hotel really shines with the staff. Every single member of staff is beyond exceptional and the Dutch receptionist went out of his way to ensure that I was really looked after when I checked in and was unwell after a long flight. I will absolutely stay here again and will absolutely recommend it to friends, colleagues and anyone who wants to know.

My daughter and I loved our stay at the Soho Grand - our first time there. The staff is truly wonderful, the design and feel are great, and our room was great. The lobby and lounge are a welcome refuge from the busy streets of Soho - We'd love to stay at the Soho Grand whenever we come to NY.

I used to be a regular at the Soho Grand in 1996-2000, when I had to be in NY/NJ on business every month. It was a fabulous hotel then. Hadn't been back for quite a few years, and am truly impressed with the updating and the continued great service at the hotel. In fact, Jose (the doorman), is still working there --- for 16 years --- and still remembered me! The fact that Jose is there for that long speaks highly of both the hotel staff and management. Awesome!
